Give us a phone call and tell us about your situation. If some of our current clients are looking in your area or we think we can successfully rent your property we will schedule a FREE consultation.
Step 2
You will meet with a Real Estate Agent that will give you a realistic idea of the best strategy to rent the property and achieve the best results possible with your particular property.
Step 3
You will sign a “non-exclusive” agreement that will allow us to market your property and agree to pay 1/2 rent commission, ONLY if we find you a tenant that you have approve of and after the lease has been signed.
